Matthew Collins Talks on Employer Support of Guard and Reserves

Matthew Collins of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve spoke at the regular Tuesday meeting about the ways the employers can and must support members  of the guard and reserves who are called to duty.

 

Employers can take an important step toward ensuring the readiness of our National Guard and Reserve forces by participating in the ESGR “Statement of Support” program. Matthew explained various facets of the law that protects the jobs of those serving.
