 2018-2019 Rotary International President-elect Sam Owori received a warm welcome from District 7780 Rotarians! He arrived directly from Uganda to meet and speak at the November 10th dinner celebration Rotary Foundation's 100 years of success! The buffet menu featured stations with African, Indian, Thai, and New England culinary excursions.
